Journal 10 College Essay

Sometimes I just sit on my computer chair thinking about my life. It may frustrate me; it may cheer me up, and even make me so frustrated that I scream my brains out. I scratch my head with the unanswerable questions and thoughts. And I still insist to get those answers for them.
I guess what mostly goes through my head is, why do people think I’m so typical? What’s typical is, guys liking chicks for their looks, girls falling for them, and then breaking up with them for another chick for their looks. But let me get this straight, I’m not your typical average guy.
I’m not perfect, but seeing what my friends go through is what’s typical. How they choose their boyfriends over friendship and then drift away then run back to us when they get hurt. Or when they listen to those who tell them what they want to hear rather to what they need to hear. That’s typical. I sometimes have a hard time relating to their situations but what’s weird is that I know how to answer them; I know how to treat them when they’re going through these conflicts, and I tell them the truth. Even when I’m built up to the top with school work I still manage to finish it all and have time for them. But I’m the kind of person that likes to leave that mark to remember. I like to be that person that you’ll remember. But people still think I’m typical, mark or no mark. I want to do something and prove them wrong.
I may surprise them with my cool editing designs, my amazing Photoshop skills, good grades, and more. But it’s like what else can I do? Is that it? Oh no, there more to me than just sitting on my computer chair and growing (what my teacher calls) ‘butt callus’ doing something slick smooth with things with Photoshop. I will do something, I know it’ll be soon, and maybe today is the day I’ll answers to those unanswerable questions.

Perks of Being a Wallflower
This book showed many ways of coming of age. From his aunties death to meeting new people. Charlie has been through it all. He meets Patrick and Sam that helps him discover a different world. He has been through good and bad situations like everyone. But hey, change happens and you can't really do anything about it but try to prevent it. But Charlie didn't, he wanted to explore, put some spice into his life. So he practically goes along with everything. I really like this book because it didn't give me that 'stereotypical' feel. Everything seemed true about this story.

Vent,

I so frustrated with everything. Yes im gonna be starting my blog sound straight forward and blunt. Im sick of those who are holding me back in life. Those who just do the most dumbest things, i could ever imagine and the sad thing is on of those people just so happens to be my best friend. It just crushes me to see and hear all of these thing of other people. Its like youre so confident in what youre doing to you life. You think your so cool now? Doing what you do. I couldn't be so disappointed in my life. Well im sick of hearing all of these things of what you do already, i already let your boyfriend slip. So yeah, i might as well just vent about him too. He holds you back so much and what pisses my off even more, he lets you do all these things. He's not right for you, seriously. I told you from the beginning, but you never listen. No one ever listens to the advice i tell them, i give so much time and effort into help all for those that need help. Majority of them just don't listen and they end up getting hurt or walking through the wrong door. I don't feel appreciated. I guess its just life. Rocks may crumble on your climb to victory. But at the moment, a lot of rocks are crumbling and its so irritating.
